Leadership.....

The only difference between plans and reality is time…. And time never stops..!.. for that good organization required good leader to inspire team to achieve a shared vision…. That means leader create an "inspiring vision" of the future and then build the expectation that the vision is achievable…. team chemistry' is a big part of 'inspiring' a team to perform on any Project….

Good Leadership is the capacity to translate vision into reality within time period…. Leadership requires Clear Vision, Mission, Values, Honesty, Clarity, Transparency and Work with integrity…. Leadership means you have to lead... not PUSH others….. A true management leader will take the initiative and know ideas that his team member think are wonderful….

So with good communication with team…. Leadership is the ability to take an good idea and turn it into reality…. Team must encourage the culture of information sharing with one another….. It gives lot of scope for feedback on anything which is useful for policy formulation….

For a good leader….
