But when it gets out of control and turns destructive.... it can lead to problems — problems at work, in your personal relationships, and in the overall quality of your life.... If you are patient in one moment of anger, you will escape a hundred days of sorrow.... It is wise to direct your anger towards problems -- not people..... understand and control anger before it control you... Remember that anger is one letter short ie.
